Subscriptions are managed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iOS, or the Google Play app on Android, to manage or cancel. Cancelling keeps your Premium access until the end of the current billing period.

Open the app, go to the upgrade screen and tap Restore purchases. That re-syncs your subscription with our servers. If it's still not unlocked after 60 seconds, email us at help@dream-ly.com with your store receipt and we'll fix it manually.

Yes. Email us at help@dream-ly.com and we'll send you a JSON export of your dreams. To delete your account and all associated data, use the account deletion page — the action is immediate and irreversible.

Dreamspell needs microphone permission. On iOS open Settings → Dreamspell → Microphone; on Android open Settings → Apps → Dreamspell → Permissions → Microphone. If it's already on, restart the app. You can always type the dream by hand instead.

No. We use Anthropic, OpenAI and Google on their commercial / enterprise terms, which explicitly forbid training on submitted content. We do not sell, share or otherwise distribute your dream content to any other party.
